Dear Booth Operator:
The South County Chamber Expo will be held on Friday & Saturday, September 29th, & 30th, 2017 at South County Center, South Lindbergh, from 10:00 A.M.- 3 P.M..
We will send out frequent news releases to media and print, distribute flyers, display signs and banners to increase publicity about the Expo.
DATE & TIME: Friday & Saturday, September 29th & 30th, 2017 10:A.M.-3 P.M.
IMPORTANT: Space is limited, so please send in your application as soon as possible.
Cost of booths: MEMBERS: $150. Per booth. NON MEMBERS: $200. Per booth. The booth rental is for booth space only. You must provide your own table and 2 chairs. If additional space is needed an additional booth space will need to be rented.
YOU CANNOT SHARE A BOOTH with any other vendor.
YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN TABLE TENT, although this is not required.
ELECTRICITY: Electric will be provided for booths needing electricity at a charge of $25 per booth. You will need to bring your own heavy duty extension cords, 10 ft. minimum.
